Site Survey & Benchmark
We mark precise datum elevation lines on all boundary walls using digital rotary lasers, accounting for concrete beam drops, HVAC duct clearance, and curtain pelmets.
GI Framing & Anchoring
Soffit cleat anchors are drilled into concrete slabs, suspending heavy-gauge 0.55mm GI intermediate channels at 1220mm centers and ceiling sections at 457mm centers.
Electrical & HVAC Coordination
Wiring conduits, light fixture framing, AC return diffusers, and smoke detectors are positioned with reinforced framing cutouts before board closure.
Board Fixing & Staggering
Gyproc or Everest plasterboards are secured with corrosion-resistant drywall screws at 150mm perimeter spacings. Board joints are strictly staggered to avoid continuous stress lines.
Jointing & 3-Coat Taping
